Headed by Dr. Myriam Baker, licensed school psychologist and principal investigator, the firm specializes in program development and research for schools, government, community-based, and other organizations promoting the empowerment, health, and well-being of children, youth, and families.

Myriam L. Baker, Ph.D. has been consulting with programs that support youth and families for the past 15 years. A school psychologist by training, she became drawn to the field of educational research and program development in the early 1990s. She has developed and evaluated child, youth, and family-focused programs for the U.S. Office of Juvenile justice and Delinquency Prevention; the Colorado Department of Education; and multiple school districts, juvenile justice, mental health, and other community organizations in Colorado and other states including Vermont, Wisconsin, Ohio, and South Carolina. Dr. Baker received her Masters in School Psychology and Doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Denver.
